"The hatred of the unjustly killed given form. Knowing only of hatred, it rages against the heavens, cursing all who walk beneath the stars, to languish and die."

Strategy
Edit
Like the previous boss the Guardian Priest, this boss also has the ability to silence you, though unlike the last boss, it is nowhere near as difficult.
As always, have Edward confront the boss head on (equipped with a fire weapon if you have one) and have James and Koudelka act as magical support.
The boss is weak versus fire, so have James and Koudelka blast him with a few flare spells and heal up when you need to.
The only really damaging move this boss has is silence, so just be prepared to cure that with a few restorative items when you have to. Other than that, this fight should go smoothly.
Etymology
Edit
The Dark Young is a creature (or species) from the Cthulhu Mythos and is the spawn of Shub-Niggurath, a cosmic eldritch abomination. Shub-Niggurath is also the proper translation for the boss that appeared in Shadow Hearts: From the New World; Jeb Niglas.
